Yes, absolutely. We take data privacy very seriously. Your personal information is used only for processing your travel bookings and is never shared with third parties except as required for your travel arrangements (hotels, airlines, etc.). We comply with all applicable data protection laws.

Our tour prices typically include hotel accommodation, mentioned meals (breakfast/half-board/full-board), transportation as per the itinerary, sightseeing as listed, and an experienced guide. Exclusions are clearly mentioned in each package — usually flights (unless stated), personal expenses, visa fees, and optional activities.

We run both group tours and private/customized tours. Group tours typically have 10-20 travelers and are more economical. Private tours can be arranged for 2 or more people and offer complete flexibility on dates and itinerary. Check individual package details for group size information.

Indian citizens do not need a visa for Bhutan — only a valid Indian passport or Voter ID card is required. However, you will need to pay the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of USD 100 per person per night, which is now incorporated into tour packages. Our team handles all Bhutan entry formalities.

For Char Dham Yatra you need: (1) Biometric registration — mandatory since 2023 (we assist with this), (2) Valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID), (3) Medical fitness certificate for Kedarnath trek (for seniors and those with health conditions). We provide complete documentation assistance.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for all tours, especially adventure and international packages. Travel insurance covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events. We can arrange travel insurance for you at the time of booking for a nominal additional cost.

Our standard cancellation policy is: More than 30 days before departure — 10% cancellation charge. 15-30 days before departure — 25% cancellation charge. 7-14 days before departure — 50% cancellation charge. Less than 7 days before departure — 100% cancellation charge (no refund). For international and peak-season bookings, different terms may apply.

If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we offer a full credit note valid for 12 months or a refund after deducting any non-recoverable amounts paid to hotels, airlines, and other suppliers.
